Preeti as the HR leader, comes with more than 17 years of work experience in diverse industries and across different facets of Human Resources

Preeti Ahuja has been appointed as the human resource leader (HR leader) by a Swedish multinational industrial company – Atlas Copco. Including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, Preeti in her new role as the HR leader will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions.

She will be playing a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent, promoting positive company culture, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Assisting the brand in evolving as a preferred global employer, she will also help uphold the diversity and inclusion goals.

Preeti, in her last stint at Peak AI, led the HR function for various lines of businesses, executing people strategy, and supporting rapid business growth.

Including Organisational Design & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Merger & Acquisitions and HR transformation, Preeti as the HR leader, comes with more than 17 years of work experience in diverse industries and across different facets of Human Resources.

Preeti has done MBA in Human Resources and Masters in Labour Laws from Pune University. She has also done Executive Development Programme in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
