Tarun Kapoor has joined Mankind Pharma as Vice President – Digital Transformation. He will be based in New Delhi.
Tarun brings more than 20 years of IT management and digital transformation experience, where he has been creating value for organisations serving internal as well as external customers using digital technologies, analytics, and customer-focused insights. Prior to joining Mankind, he was working with British Telecom, where he was heading technical delivery. He gained diverse and rich experience by working with VFS Global for 11 years, where large strategic and executive board-driven global programmes across lengths and breadths of technologies, including SAP ERP, were spearheaded by him in around 145 countries. He also worked with CRISIL Limited, where he steered legacy migration initiatives internally in addition to business consulting advisory assignments with many of its external clients.
Tarun is an alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad (PG in Data Science, AI and ML) and the Indian School of Business (ISB Executive MBA, PGPMAX) who has attended in-person international immersions at the Wharton School of Business, the University of Pennsylvania, USA, and London Business School, UK, apart from having an MBA in Finance and a graduation in Computer Applications.
