Menon, who has over 22 years of expertise, joined Zoomcar following an 8.5-year tenure with Flipkart and a 12-year tenure with Hindustan Unilever.
Zoomcar, a car-sharing platform, announced on Thursday that Adarsh Menon has been named president to guide the company’s operations.
Menon will oversee all facets of the company’s operations, growth, and customer experience, according to the recently listed company on Nasdaq after its business combination closed.
“In his new role, he will help excellently position the company as we embark on reaching new heights for our emerging market-focused peer-to-peer car sharing platform,” said Greg Moran, CEO and Co-Founder of Zoomcar.
Menon, who has over 22 years of expertise, joined Zoomcar following an 8.5-year tenure with Flipkart and a 12-year tenure with Hindustan Unilever.
Several industry leaders have been mentored and developed by him. He has also managed and led sizable, highly productive, engaged, and agile cross-functional teams.

Zoomcar is a well-known car-sharing marketplace with an emphasis on emerging regions. It was founded in 2013 and has its headquarters in Bengaluru.
