At a time when the company is expanding and maturing its upstream and downstream linkages, having Mr. Khulbe at the helm of affairs is critical to our growth plans, says Abhyuday Jindal, company’s MD.

Tarun Khulbe has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Whole Time Director of Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL) by the Board of Directors.

According to a statement, Khulbe, an industry veteran with around 35 years of expertise, has been crucial to JSL’s profitable growth and company expansion.

Khulbe received comprehensive exposure to all facets of operations, business growth, supply chain management, personnel practices, and IT enablement throughout his nearly two decades at JSL.

In October 2004, Khulbe began working for JSL as the General Manager of the Cold Rolling Mills in Hisar, Haryana. He was employed at Raymond Steel before.

Abhyuday Jindal, Managing Director, Jindal Stainless, said, “As a home-grown talent whose experience spans the shop floor as well as the boardroom, Mr. Khulbe is the perfect choice for the position of CEO. His experience in crafting long-term business strategies and strengthening all facets of operations and sales has been commendable.”

Khulbe obtained an MBA from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai and a degree in engineering from MITS in Gwalior.
