Omega Seiki Mobility appoints Nitin Khindria as Head – HR

Khindria’s responsibilities in his new position at Omega Seiki Mobility include overseeing the HR division, formulating and carrying out HR policies and procedures, and fostering an atmosphere that is welcoming and inclusive for all workers.

Nitin Khindria has been appointed Head of Human Resources by Omega Seiki Mobility, a prominent supplier of renewable energy solutions and electric vehicles.

According to a release, Khindria will report to Uday Narang, Chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility, and be located in New Delhi in this capacity.

With 24 years of experience, Khindria has a strong background in business HR, HR management, talent acquisition, organizational growth, and HR digitization.

As the Corporate HR Head, Khindria was employed by Dalmia Biz before to joining Omega Seiki Mobility. He was employed at Mahindra & Mahindra, International Tractors, Balaji Action Buildwell Action Tesa, Nahar Industrial Enterprises, and Indo Asian Fusegear in the past.

Khindria’s responsibilities in his new position at Omega Seiki Mobility include overseeing the HR division, formulating and carrying out HR policies and procedures, and fostering an atmosphere that is welcoming and inclusive for all workers. According to the statement, he will collaborate closely with the leadership team to draw in, hold on to, and nurture top talent as well as promote an innovative and high-achieving culture within the company.
