She has nearly twenty years of experience and is an expert in employee engagement, OD & change management, business excellence applications, talent acquisition and management, and HR analytics.
She had previously worked with Mahindra Susten as the lead for talent acquisition and HRBP. For more than 15 years, she has also worked with Adani Electricity as the HRBP.
