Dinesh Khanna, an HR veteran with over 24 years of experience in IT services, manufacturing, and financial services, has been appointed by Western Digital as the India Talent Acquisition Country Lead.
Before joining Western Digital, Khanna held the position of Head – Talent Acquisition at ElasticRun.
He has also held positions at AB InBev India, Dell, Hewitt Associates, and Headstrong. Khanna began his career in 2000 as an assistant manager – HR at HCL Infosystems.
He also holds a Master’s in Personnel Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management & Research.
