Kakkar was a CHRO with ICICI Home Finance Company before joining Polycab India. He has held positions with PepsiCo India Holdings, 3i Infotech, ICICI Prudential AMC, and ICICI Bank in the past.
According to a release, Kakkar has 27 years of experience and is a specialist in management, organizational development, talent management, transformations, leadership development, and operational excellence.
Kakkar’s credentials include a Bachelor of Science from Goa University, a Master of Labor Laws and Labour Welfare (MLL & LW) from Symbiosis Law College, Pune University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Human Resource Development (PGDM – PM & HRD) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune.
