Arvind Kumar Talan has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Laxman Aggrawal has been named as the company secretary (CS) by the state-owned Energy Efficiency Services Ltd. (EESL), which it announced on Thursday.
As the CFO, Talan will be in charge of managing all EESL financial operations. EESL stated in a statement that Talan has extensive experience in both corporate governance and finance.
He was CFO of Jet Freight Logistics Ltd. (JFLL) and IFFCO Ltd. before coming to EESL, according to the release.
It was mentioned that Aggrawal’s role as company secretary will include making sure the business conforms with all legal and statutory obligations.
