Matthew, who has over 20 years of IT experience, will oversee the entire IT strategy and operations of the logistics and transportation company as CIO.
Matthew Tan will take over as MISC Group’s Group Chief Information Officer (CIO), the transportation and logistics company said recently. He had previously worked for Domino’s Pizza (MY, SG, and KH) as the regional CIO and briefly held the position of Head of IT at Bank Simpanan Nasional. Prior to that, Matthew worked for Standard Chartered Group as the Vice President of Tech Services, Retail Banking CX.
He also briefly worked for Aristal as a tech and PMO consultant, mainly on BFSI transformation projects. He oversaw the regional support services for all application systems and services while serving as OCBC Group’s Country Manager for applications systems and application infrastructure services prior to that.
While employed by CIMB, Matthew oversaw the group’s IT operations with a regional focus and oversaw a number of IT-driven projects and strategic systems. He was also the regional program manager for the Enterprise SOA integration initiative.
