Sachin Kaistha has been appointed as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for DCM Shriram’s Sugar Business. DCM Shriram is a corporation that produces sugar, chemicals, and agribusiness.
Kaistha will have its headquarters in Gurugram; an announcement was made.
Kaistha was employed by Cipla as the Head of COE Operations and Strategic Projects before he joined DCM Shriram. He has held positions at Tata Motors, Future Retail, Eicher Polaris, and SC Johnson in the past.
Kaistha has 22 years of expertise in production, commercial operation, and corporate functions in the pharmaceutical, automotive, retail, and FMCG sectors.
He received his LLB from MD University in Rohtak and his MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in Pune.
