Jaydeep Sampat has been appointed as the Chief Technology Officer of NXTDIGITAL, the digital media division of technology-driven customer experience company Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd. (HGS). The company offers enterprise services, broadband, OTT aggregation, content syndication, and digital television via cable and satellite.
Jaydeep, a seasoned veteran of the communications sector with more than thirty years of expertise in a range of businesses, will oversee the technical departments at NXTDIGITAL Media Group, including enterprise solutions, digital television, and broadband.
In his previous position, which he held for more than ten years as Chief Technology Officer at Tikona Infinet Pvt. Ltd., he oversaw the PAN India IT infrastructure, led cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions for retail and enterprise clients, and oversaw the establishment of multi-site operations from the ground up. He was an integral part of the core technical teams of well-known tech businesses like Sify, Hughes Telecom, and Rolta before joining Tikona.
Jaydeep will be important at NXTDIGITAL in utilizing emerging technology to introduce new goods and enhance current ones. Additionally, he will collaborate with the group’s sizable network of television and broadband franchisees across India to create and deliver products that meet consumer wants.
