Bhavna Lalchandani has joined the leadership team at Condé Nast as the Chief Content and Innovation Strategy Officer.
In her role, she will drive innovation, content strategies, and bespoke solutions across Condé Nast’s iconic portfolio, which includes Vogue, GQ, Condé Nast Traveller, and Architectural Digest.
As head of the CNCC vertical, Bhavna will be responsible for securing branded content wins through creative concepts that uniquely address client needs and ensure seamless execution.

Bhavna has entrepreneurial experience, having founded CheersOye, a payments startup in the lifestyle genre funded by distinguished HNI investors. In her recent role as Vice President – Digital Business, and Category Head at Hindustan Times, she led monetization strategy across print, digital, radio, and events through innovative product initiatives and bespoke solutions for the HT Media portfolio.
Bhavna is the host of the podcast ‘Why Leadership Fails with Bhavna Lalchandani,’ produced by HT Smartcast and hosted on the Mint Youtube channel.
