Sanjay Kumar Karnatak has been named Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) of PNB MetLife India Insurance Company.

Sanjay will oversee the company’s technology strategy as chief information officer (CITO), encompassing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development, data management, and digital transformation. The primary objective of this strategy is to improve customer experiences and match technology to strategic growth goals.

Bringing considerable value to the company’s leadership team, Sanjay is an accomplished IT leader with twenty-five years of insurance experience. He specializes in digital transformation and has knowledge of the insurance sector.

Sanjay holds an MBA in Information Technology Systems from IMT Ghaziabad and a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Mumbai.
