Microsoft-backed OpenAI announced Friday night that their well-known chatbot ChatGPT is currently offline due to a problem.
In a statement posted on its website, the business stated it was looking into the problem and trying to get functionality back as quickly as possible.
According to outage tracking website Downdetector.com, as of 7:13 p.m. ET (0013 GMT on Saturday), the outage had affected over 19,403 customers.
A request for comment from OpenAI was not immediately answered.
