Two AI Labs to be rolled out by HCLTech in London and Noida
HCLTech said that a new node in its worldwide network of AI and cloud native lab partners is opening lab facilities in London and Noida, bringing the total number of such laboratories for the third-largest IT services provider to seven.

“The companies today inaugurated a dedicated facility in HCLTech’s Noida campus, where customers can pilot, navigate, and scale innovative solutions to address industry-specific challenges. The same experiences will also be accessible in the HCLTech AI & Cloud Native Lab in London,” HCLTech said in a statement.

The IT major with its headquarters in Noida said earlier in November that it would be establishing an AI-cloud native lab in Singapore. It had already established comparable laboratories in the US, UK, Germany, and India.

“The early adoption and scaling of GenAI capabilities will help businesses unlock new efficiencies and enhance continuous service delivery to drive business transformation,” said Jagadeshwar Gattu, president, digital foundation services at HCLTech.

A number of IT companies, such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, and Accenture, are setting up labs from Japan to the Nordic nations to the Americas to demonstrate their AI and GenAI capabilities to current and potential clients in light of the growing emphasis on AI and GenAI.

The most recent two laboratories make use of HCLTech’s tried-and-true approaches to help clients traverse GenAI and agentic AI journeys with ServiceNow, increasing productivity in the domains of industry verticals and enterprise service management.

“Our expanded partnership with HCLTech will help us to accelerate AI adoption for more customers in the UK and India. These Labs will help empower customers to take control of their AI investments and unlock new levels of productivity and profitability across the enterprise,” said Michael Park, SVP and global head of AI GTM at ServiceNow.

In addition to the more than a dozen AI labs it already operates worldwide, Infosys partnered with the University of Cambridge to open one in London. As part of its $3 billion data and AI investment announced last year, Accenture, the largest IT services company in the world with headquarters in Ireland, built a number of labs throughout the world.
