This recognition reflects TCS’ steadfast commitment to innovation, customer centric solutions, and measurable business outcomes, further strengthening its position in the French IT market.

The Whitelane Research 2024 French IT Sourcing Study, conducted in collaboration with the IT Consulting firm, Timspirit, surveyed over 200 business leaders from some of France’s largest enterprises, evaluating the performance of IT service providers across key areas. TCS achieved an overall satisfaction score of 83%, significantly outperforming the industry average by 8%. Notably, this marks the sixth consecutive year that TCS has received this recognition.

This unique blend position TCS as a trusted partner for digital transformation across industries.”

TCS topped three out of four key performance indicators, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted partner for transformative business solutions. TCS received an 86% satisfaction score in Service Delivery (industry average: 78%), an 89% score in Account Management Quality (industry average: 77%), and an 84% score in Price Level (industry average: 67%).

Rammohan Gourneni, Country Head, TCS France, said, “In a challenging international financial context, we are proud to be recognized for the sixth consecutive year as the leader in customer satisfaction and a pioneer in digital transformation. This recognition underscores our ability to combine innovation with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs. Our ‘glocal’ model has proven its efficiency as we demonstrate how strategic partnerships can deliver value, agility, and excellence. By investing in local talent, opening delivery centres, and fostering collaboration across the ecosystem, we continue to position ourselves as the preferred partner for growth and digital transformation.”

The study also assessed IT service providers across five IT service categories, with TCS ranking first in three critical areas. This includes Digital Transformation, scoring 84% (industry average: 72%), Application Service 83% (industry average: 75%), and Workplace Services, 77% (industry average: 71%).

Over 38% of respondents recognized the role of IT partners in fostering innovation, an increase of 11% compared to 2023. Additionally, 53% emphasized the importance of IT providers in enabling their organizations to focus on core business functions up by +8% from 2023, while 48% credited IT providers as a crucial factor in reducing costs.

The study revealed that 71% of respondents believe AI will significantly impact productivity in application services, 60% in digital transformation, and 59% in workplace services. These are the same areas where TCS ranked first, proving that AI is no longer a futuristic concept but a practical driver of value.
