Altimetrik elevates Ranga Kanapathy to Global CTO and Head of Engineering & Technology

Ranga Kanapathy has been promoted by Altimetrik from Chief Transformation Officer, APAC, and Chief Delivery Officer to Global CTO and Head of Engineering & Technology. Kanapathy will still report to Raj Sundaresan, the CEO of the firm. The appointment reaffirms Altimetrik’s dedication to fostering opportunities for technical talent and advancing its clients’ digital businesses.

Ranga will oversee Altimetrik’s worldwide delivery centers in the USA, Latin America, Europe, and Asia in his new position. For the more than 200 businesses with whom Altimetrik has collaborated to provide digital business outcomes, he will concentrate on fostering innovation and client success. He will increase the company’s technological prowess, fortify its position in important regions, such as the quickly expanding APAC area, and cultivate a collaborative and ever-learning culture.

Stepping into his new role, Ranga Kanapathy said, “I am excited to take on the role of Global CTO and head of engineering and technology at Altimetrik during this pivotal phase of growth. Since joining Altimetrik in 2017, Ranga has been instrumental in creating high-performing teams, growing the India Technology Center, which now has over 4500 employees under strong leadership, and creating robust practice centers on a variety of digital practices, including Cloud, Agile, DevSecpOps, Data Engineering and Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Product Engineering. Altimetrik’s status as a pioneer in digital business was further cemented under his direction when the company saw notable increases in revenue and operational efficiency.
