Charlotte Baldwin was just appointed Chief Information Officer of Burberry. Charlotte will take over as head of Burberry’s global technology team when she joins at the end of March 2025. She will report to Joshua Schulman, the CEO of Burberry, and join the Executive Committee.
Currently serving as Costa Coffee’s Global Chief Digital and Information Officer, Charlotte is in charge of the organization’s data, digital, and technology departments. Charlotte was the Chief Information, Digital, and Transformation Officer of Bupa Insurance before she joined Costa Coffee. She has previously held prominent positions at Thomson Reuters, Pearson, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
