Reham Almusa has been appointed by Oracle as the country leader for Saudi Arabia to support digital transformation initiatives of the public and private sector customers of the company in the Kingdom.
Almusa as the new country leader for digital transformation will also prioritise the company’s plan for attracting, training, mentoring and preparing Saudi’s next generations talent for a digital economy.
Passionate about inclusion and equity in the workplace, specifically of women and the youth, Almusa will focus on how we further embed global Diversity and Inclusion strategy with a focus on localising for Saudi Arabia.

Almusa joined Oracle in April 2021 as Cloud Applications Director, following which she was given the additional responsibility of leading the company’s public sector business in the Kingdom. She holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT) from Kind Saud University.
