Prior joining Raymond he has worked with Nuvoco Vistas Corp as CIO. Apart from that he has worked in other organisations including Force Motors Ltd, EY HCL technologies and so on. Bhalerao’s expertise lies in strategic value creation, entrepreneurship, revenue generation, and people leadership. His extensive experience in CXO advisory and solution implementation across diverse industries will contribute to Raymond Limited’s growth and innovation strategies. Notably, Bhalerao has played a key role in fostering an innovative culture within CIO organizations by promoting digitalization and encouraging the adoption of design thinking methodologies.
Among his core competencies, Bhalerao excels in IT strategy and execution, data security, risk framework, go-to-market strategy, pre-sales, and key account management. He possesses subject matter proficiency in SAP S4HANA transformations, advanced analytics implementations, enterprise-wide mobility implementations, and roadmap recommendations. Additionally, Bhalerao’s expertise extends to infrastructure management, hardware deployment architectures, license compliance and security, audit resolutions, and SAP landscape design.
As the newly CIO, Bhalerao will spearhead IT strategy and execution, ensuring data security and risk management, and driving Raymond Limited’s go-to-market initiatives. With his strong program management skills, he will oversee project planning, financial management, staffing, scope and change management, and effective communication across the organization.
