An AI-powered platform has been launched by Thomas Cook (India) Limited and its group company, SOTC Travel, to assist clients in planning their personalized vacations, checking availability, and making reservations in a matter of minutes.
Initially, the AI-powered platform has been made available to sellers. End users will have direct access to the platform through business websites and apps within the coming months.
Traditionally, vacation professionals have found it difficult to create a customized trip program—from the discovery and research phase to itinerary creation, pricing, and booking. Coordination with several external suppliers for different components, such as airfare, lodging, attractions, local transportation, etc., is required for this. There was an average time span of at least 48 and up to 72 hours. In less than ten minutes, customized vacation planning will now be easy with the Thomas Cook and SOTC AI-powered platform.
Travel itineraries are naturally tailored by intelligent recommendations using a combination of AI and deep learning algorithms to analyze individual consumer preferences. Having access to a worldwide network of partners for travel, lodging, experiences, and transportation makes organizing and booking a vacation easier and more customized than in the past.
The AI-powered platform has the following capabilities:
Inspire Engine: AI-powered recommendations to save time and money according to client preferences
Swift Personalization: With personalized suggestions, create a customized journey in a matter of minutes.
Speed: Less than ten minutes now make up the turnaround time.
Convenience: Plan a journey at your leisure, any time of day.
Flexible Customization: Reserve suggested choices or change each and every itinerary item to fit your own preferences.
