Ajay Bhasin has been named Group Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) of STEER World, a materials transformation company.
In his new role, Bhasin will be in charge of STEER World’s operations, talent management, inclusion efforts, safety procedures, and programs related to pay and benefits as well as global human capital strategy. He will be a crucial part of the executive leadership group and answer directly to TN Hari, STEER World’s executive chairman.
Having held senior positions in human capital for over 20 years, he has contributed to the development and implementation of human capital processes in major, established international corporations. He used to be the HR director of TataCoffee. Previously, he held increasingly responsible positions in Johnson & Johnson Limited, Panacea Biotec, Britannia Industries, and GlaxoSmithKline.
