Ajith Kumar KK has been named the MD and CEO of Dhanlaxmi Bank, a private sector bank, effective Friday. The appointment is for a three-year term. Dhanlaxmi Bank stated in a regulatory filing that the consent of the shareholders will thereafter be sought in accordance with the regulatory regulations.
He currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer in the presidency at Federal Bank.
In addition, he holds the position of director of Federal Operations & Services Ltd, a fully-owned subsidiary of Federal Bank, by virtue of his employment.
