American Express appoints Sandeep Deoli as Director of Cybersecurity, Technology, and Resiliency Risk

American Express has appointed Sandeep Deoli as the Director of Cybersecurity, Technology, and Resiliency Risk.

Before joining American Express, he worked for Fidelity International for three years as the Technology Risk Oversight – Cyber and Information Security Lead, where he was instrumental in securing the company’s digital infrastructure. Sandeep has worked in cybersecurity for many years for a number of well-known companies, such as Moody’s Analytics (where he was an Associate Director of Technology Risk) and Moody’s Corporation (where he was an Assistant Vice President of Cyber Security).

During his time as Manager of Cybersecurity & Risk at Ernst & Young and, previously, as Senior Consultant at Capgemini, he also acquired invaluable knowledge. Sandeep, who holds several certifications in information security and risk management, including CISSP, CISM, and CISA, is a valuable addition to American Express in his new position.
