Amit Khandelwal has joined Sphera Solutions as the Director of Programme Management Services. Khandelwal is an ideal addition to the Sphera team because of his more than 24 years of in-depth knowledge in IT consulting and service delivery.
In his new role, Amit Khandelwal will be responsible for Programs and Portfolio Governance on Sphera suits of Products services to customers.
Prior to joining Sphera Solutions, Khandelwal served as the Global Program & Portfolio Delivery Head at Capgemini for an impressive tenure of 10 years and 6 months. During his tenure at Capgemini, he managed and executed global programs and portfolios related to Data Centers, ERP, Cloud, and Digital Transformation, with projects worth multi-million Euros. He led global projects, programs, and service delivery teams, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, cost optimization, and overall P&L management.
Before his time at Capgemini, Amit Khandelwal held various key positions at prominent organizations, including Zensar Technologies, Diebold Software Services (P) Ltd, Syntel, Atos Origin, Datamatics Global Services, Byzan Systems Pvt. Ltd, and Elind Computer (P) Ltd. These roles have provided him with a diverse and comprehensive skill set, enabling him to excel in project management, global deliveries, implementation, production support, and more.
Khandelwal’s impressive track record and experience in managing multi-cultural, multi-locational teams have helped him consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering successful business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Amit Khandelwal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology and Marketing from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, Meerut, where he earned a grade of A. He also obtained an MBA in General Management from the Institute of Psychotherapy & Management Sciences. Additionally, Khandelwal holds a Master Diploma in Software Engineering from Apple Computer Education and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce & Business Management from the University of Mumbai.
