Amitabh Misra has been appointed as the chief technology officer (CTO) of Sprinklr, the unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform for contemporary businesses, with effect from April 1, 2024. Misra will oversee all global R&D teams, including Sprinklr’s product and engineering teams. He becomes a member of the Executive Leadership Team in order to share his enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology and support the expansion and growth of the business. He will be directly reporting to Ragy Thomas, the founder and CEO of Sprinklr.
Having built large-scale platforms for businesses of all sorts for more than 25 years, Misra most recently held the position of vice president of engineering at Adobe. There, he oversaw an international R&D team from India, Europe, and the US that included engineers, product managers, and AI/ML researchers working on Adobe’s Experience Cloud Platform. Misra held positions as CTO, chief architect, and head of engineering at Snapdeal.com in addition to being the founder and CEO of GOFro.com before joining Adobe. He graduated from IIT Kanpur with a BTech and from the University of California, Berkeley, with an MBA.
