Analytics and technology services firm Ugam to expand by 1,300 professionals

In the past seven months, the analytics and technology company Ugam said it has added more than 1,200 people

Ugam plans to expand its 3,000-employees team by adding more than 1,300 analytics and technology professionals.

Driven largely by the acceleration of digital transformation since the onset of the pandemic, the expansion will propel Ugam’s momentum to meet the growing demand for the expertise of analytics and technology across industries, according to the company.

In the past seven months, the analytics and technology company Ugam said it has added more than 1,200 people. These include analysts, DevOps, software engineers, technical architects, and technical leads, many of whom have experience in Adobe, AWS, and Google Cloud platforms.

Since its inception in 2000, Ugam said it has maintained a growth momentum, with a CAGR of 40 per cent. In 2019, Ugam joined Merkle, a leading technology-enabled, data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company and part of dentsu.
