Ariqt, an AI-led technology company located in the Netherlands, opened its global innovation hub (GIH) in Hyderabad to reach the Indian market. Over the next two years, the company’s phase 1 expansion will include the hiring of more than 300 engineering specialists. The building will function as Ariqt’s main hub for AI-driven innovations, research, and development.
It will concentrate on creating solutions for industries including supply chain, tourism, cybersecurity, sports, agriculture, and finance. Duddilla Sridhar Babu, Telangana’s minister of IT and industries, unveiled the new facility and declared, “With over 6,000 startups, 1,500 mid-tier and small software companies, and $30 billion in IT exports, Telangana is rapidly becoming a global hub for innovation.”
Sridhar Babu said the emergence of innovation hubs like Ariqt’s underscores Telangana’s role in creating a collaborative environment that supports both established enterprises and up-and-coming startups, pointing out that small and mid-sized enterprise GCCs are not only the backbone of the economy but also important enablers of growth, job creation, and the development of fresh talent.
“Ariqt’s decision to launch its operations here is a clear testament to the strength of our ecosystem and our vision to make Telangana the leading global destination for enterprises to innovate,” he added.
