The training of trainers (ToT) program on software architecture concluded its closing ceremony in the city recently, with the aim of promoting knowledge sharing and enhancing cooperation between Japan and Bangladesh in this field.

According to a news statement issued today, 30 people attended the workshop, including 17 experts from the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS).

According to the report, the ToT program significantly improved trainers’ proficiency in order to satisfy the ever-changing needs of the worldwide market, especially in the fields of technology and architecture.

At ToT, participants emphasized the program’s influence on their professional development and conveyed gratitude for the chance to work with peers and learn from industry professionals.

The Bangladesh Top Software Engineer (B-TOPSE) program is being carried out in collaboration with BASIS, the Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC), and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) with the goal of creating “super architects” by providing software engineers with state-of-the-art knowledge.

BASIS President M Rashidul Hasan spoke at the event and emphasized the value of cross-cultural cooperation in developing the competencies of professionals in the software and architectural industries.

He urged participants to use the distinctive aspects of Japanese and Bangladeshi industries and cultures as a basis for advancement and creativity.

Such partnerships between Bangladesh and Japan, according to AKM Ahmedul Islam BABU, Chairman of the BASIS Japan Desk and Coordinator of B-TOPSE, not only promote scientific advancement but also cultivate strong professional ties.

He went on to say that the combination of Bangladesh’s innovative abilities and Japan’s cutting-edge technology would open up new prospects for both countries in the future.
