Bendigo and Adelaide Bank has recently introduced changes to its Technology and Transformation team as it transitions to the next phase of its strategy
Bendigo and Adelaide Bank have a new technology head, Nathalie Moss, who was named acting chief information officer.
The appointment follows Andrew Cresp’s departure from the bank at the end of last week as CIO after more than four and a half years.
Moss announced her promotion as CIO on LinkedIn in a succinct manner.
She spent nearly seven years at NAB in a range of technological roles before joining Bendigo and Adelaide Bank four years ago.
In a statement, a representative for Bendigo and Adelaide Bank verified the shift in technology leadership.
“Bendigo and Adelaide Bank has recently introduced changes to its Technology and Transformation team as it transitions to the next phase of its strategy,” the spokesperson said.
“As part of an orderly succession to new leadership, Nathalie Moss has been appointed acting CIO as of Monday, August 5.
“Nathalie was previously practice lead for lending technology, where she drove the rollout of the new Bendigo Bank Broker lending platform, the implementation of a document management system that consolidated 15 million documents across multiple systems, and the delivery of enterprise collateral management capability.”
Similar to Moss, Cresp has held several technology-related positions at NAB in the past. Additionally, he oversaw IAG’s IT infrastructure in the past.
This year, Cresp was a finalist in the Finance & Professional Services Technology Leader category, and was acknowledged for the work his team did on cloud transition.
Building on a large program of work related to cloud migration, he recently managed application modernization efforts using generative AI to rebuild an app and generate related documentation and tests.
