Bending Spoons, an Italian app developer, has agreed to buy IAC mobile software subsidiary Mosaic Group’s digital assets.
Bending Spoons, an Italian app developer, announced on Wednesday that it has agreed to purchase the digital assets of IAC mobile software subsidiary Mosaic Group.
Bending Spoons will acquire assets such as a digital product suite containing popular smartphone apps such as Clime, Robokiller, and iTranslate, as well as intellectual property, according to a press statement. No financial specifics were provided.
The transaction is scheduled to close by the end of the first quarter of this year.
Mosaic was valued at more than $100 million in the acquisition.
