Ishpreet Singh, an Indian American tech executive, has been appointed chief information officer (CIO) of Black Duck Software, a pioneer in application security with headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts, to oversee the company’s technological strategy.
Ishpreet Singh is in charge of driving Black Duck’s digital transformation, putting creative solutions into practice, and coordinating technological projects with business goals in her role as global CIO. A strong AI strategy to improve growth and scalability is part of this.
According to a corporate announcement, Singh’s responsibilities include managing enterprise security, which includes making sure that a robust cybersecurity architecture is created and maintained to safeguard the organization’s resources and data while adhering to industry standards.
Under his direction, Black Duck is committed to enhancing operational effectiveness, streamlining corporate procedures, and creating safe, cutting-edge infrastructures that foster long-term profitability and creativity.
Ishpreet Singh has 20 years of experience creating strategic visions that are in line with corporate goals and putting innovative ideas into practice to boost operational effectiveness and encourage creativity.
A seasoned leader with extensive experience in the business IT sector, he most recently held the positions of global CIO at Qualys, member of CNBC’s Executive Technology Council, and member of the Evanta CIO Governing Body.
