Aadesh Goyal will retire from his position as the company’s CHRO on June 30.
Aman Gupta has been named Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Tata Communications, with effect from July 1.
According to a release, Gupta will take over for Aadesh Goyal, who will retire from his position as the company’s CHRO on June 30.
Mukul Kumar has been appointed by the firm as the Head of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), with effect from July 1.
According to the statement, Goyal has worked for the company for 14 years and has held a number of positions. These include CHRO, Member of the Global Management Committee, and Leader for Ethics and Culture, Sustainability, Health and Safety, Corporate Social Responsibility, Tata Communications Payment Solutions, Supply Change Management, Business Continuity, and Corporate Services.
As Global Head of Compensation & Benefits and Business HR, Gupta presently holds the position of Vice President within the organization. In 2013, he became a part of Tata Communications. He has had positions with Deloitte Consulting, PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG Advisory, and EXL Service in the past.
