As the Head of the Infrastructure Management Services Group and the Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Srirang is currently employed at ICICI Bank.
T. K. Srirang has been appointed as a joint managing director by ICICI Securities. The appointment will take effect on May 1 and last for five years, subject to shareholder and regulatory clearance.
As the Head of the Infrastructure Management Services Group and the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at ICICI Bank, Srirang is now employed there. He is also in charge of the ICICI Group’s human resources department.
As a crucial component of the bank’s growth strategy, Srirang joined ICICI Bank in 2001 and has since played a significant role in establishing and growing the retail, SME, wholesale, international, and digital banking franchises.
In his 23 years with the group, he has served as a trusted advisor to the Executive Board of all ICICI Group firms, the statement said.
Srirang is a member of the ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth’s Governing Council as well. Additionally, he is a member of the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore (IIT) Governing Body.
Srirang was previously employed by Coca-Cola India and ICI India.
Srirang graduated from RV College of Engineering with a BE in Industrial Engineering and from Calcutta University with an MBA in Human Resource Management.
Additionally, Vijay Chandok has been reappointed by ICICI Securities as its managing director and CEO, starting on May 7, 2024, and continuing until his retirement on February 28, 2026, subject to the agreement of the company’s shareholders.
