This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was formalized in the presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel ji, Government of Gujarat, and Dr. Darshan Rana, Chairman and Managing Director, Erisha E Mobility Private Limited.
Gandhinagar, January 4, 2024: Erisha E Mobility Private Limited (Erisha E Mobility), a pioneer in sustainable energy and electric vehicles, is set to reshape the future of mobility in India through a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Gujarat.
The MOU outlines a collaborative effort to explore, develop, and implement innovative solutions in the field of renewable energy, specifically focusing on green hydrogen production, and to establish an Electric Vehicle (EV) Park and deploy 100 state-of-the-art EV charging hubs across Gujarat with a mega investment of INR 6,900 crores.

Similar MOUs with a proposed total investment of INR 6,300 crore have already been signed up with the governments of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand in the recent past, which take Erisha E Mobility Private to a massive investment of INR 13,200 crore.
The Electric Vehicle (EV) Park, proposed on 320 acres with an investment of INR 1,500 crores, a first-of-its-kind initiative in the region, is poised to become a hub for innovation, research, and development in the field of electric mobility. It will provide a platform for electric vehicle manufacturing, ancillary units, technology providers, and researchers to collaborate, fostering the growth of the electric vehicle ecosystem in Gujarat. The company is also committed to generating the employment of 5000 people (direct and indirect).
Additionally, the project aims to establish a robust charging infrastructure with the installation of 100 electric vehicle charging hubs with a proposed investment of INR 400 crores, strategically located across the state. This network will ensure convenient access to charging facilities, facilitate the adoption of electric vehicles, and reduce the carbon footprint of transportation in Gujarat.
Erisha E Mobility Private Limited, having European partners in the field of green hydrogen, envisages setting up an eco system for green hydrogen using renewable energy resources with an investment of INR 5,000 crores and a projected employment of 4000 persons (direct and indirect) in the state of Gujarat.
