Fritz Abraham will serve as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Varroc, a Tier-1 automotive lighting manufacturer, effective immediately for its operations in India. Abraham will have a key role in directing the business’s technological vision, spurring innovation, and strengthening its advantage over competitors.
Abraham’s new responsibilities in this position will be to build a technological strategy and plan for product portfolio optimization, improve process optimization and industrialization, and increase technical customer involvement. He will report to Arjun Jain, CEO of Varroc.

Abraham offers a plethora of knowledge and experience from his more than 20 years of extensive involvement in the automobile sector. He has worked with companies like American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM), Magna Steyr Engineering AG & Co. KG, and Siemens PSE. Before coming to Varroc, he was Senior Director Engineering Europe at Magna Powertrain GmbH & Co. KG.
