Gaurav Ahluwalia has left JPMorgan Chase & Co. after over 12 years of employment, most recently as Managing Director and Head of Human Resources. He has now joined Ernst & Young India as Partner – People Consulting.
“Am excited to share my new role as Partner, People Consulting with Ernst & Young, India. In this role, I will work with EY’s financial services clients – both domestic and GCCs – to help grow/transform aspects of their people’s agenda/experience, leveraging new age HR Tech, Tools, and Analytics,” Ahluwalia shared in a LinkedIn post.
Ahluwalia was employed by HSBC and Escotel Mobile Communications prior to joining JPMorgan Chase.
Ahluwalia graduated from Delhi School of Economics with a master’s degree in organizational development and human resources.
