Poonam Burman has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Godrej Industries (Chemicals).
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Godrej Industries Limited (Chemicals)!” Burman shared this in a LinkedIn post.
Burman has worked in the HR departments of manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, information technology and services, and motor vehicle manufacturing for more than 28 years.
Burman worked for Unilever as the Business HR Leader for the Personal Care and Beauty & Well-Being business segment before joining Godrej Industries. She had previously worked with Hindustan Motors, JayaShree Textiles, Lexmark, Orica, Indian, and Haldia Petrochemicals.
Burman graduated from the Xavier Institute of Social Service with an MBA in HR.
