He has over 22 years of experience in BPO and KPO. For the past 17 years, he is completely involved into Certifications & Compliance at Org Level. Currently, he is responsible for LDL’s strategic decisions, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement on GRC.
Prior to joining Mahindra Home Finance, he was working with Lumina Datamatics Limited.
