Himadri Roy has been appointed Head of Human Resources by Hindustan Pencils Pvt. Ltd., the biggest stationery manufacturer in India.
Having worked for prestigious firms for almost 18 years, he is a seasoned HR specialist.
He worked as the Deputy General Manager HR (Sri Lanka & Bangladesh) at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. before coming to Hindustan Pencils Pvt. Ltd. He had previously served as Hilton’s Director of Human Resources.
He was formerly connected to well-known businesses including PepsiCo and The Oberoi Group. He started his career with Asian Paints as a human resources officer, spending more than six years developing his knowledge and abilities in the industry.
Himadri has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lucknow University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from the All India Management Association (AIMA).
