Prior to joining IndiaFirst Life, Zakarde held the position of Chief Data & Analytics Officer at IDBI Bank, where he showed remarkable leadership in the fields of customer experience (CX), blockchain, business intelligence, artificial intelligence (AI), data science, data engineering, and machine learning. Leading roles at illustrious companies like IndusInd Bank, India Infoline Group, Reliance General Insurance Ltd., EXL Services, and WNS are also a part of his long career.
