On Thursday, Italian fuel pump firm IP and Macquarie Capital announced a joint venture to deploy charging stations for electric vehicles (EV) in 510 IP service locations around Italy.
According to the two companies, the stations would allow EV drivers to power up their vehicles in around 15 minutes.
The deal’s sole advisor was Mediobanca, according to the statement.
