With the most recent position he held as Executive Director of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services in Mumbai, Malkani has an outstanding 18-year track record in Indian real estate. He has had positions with Indiaproperties.com, Knight Frank, and Cushman & Wakefield in the past. He has provided advice to large companies, including American multinationals, and has been instrumental in helping global merchants like Walmart and DeBeers shape their plans for expanding into India. His reputation for achieving outcomes has earned him a dependable clientele.
