Kevin O’leary has been appointed by Kyndryl as its Security Practice Leader for ASEAN.
Kevin is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years of expertise in cyber security, information technology, and serving as a chief information security officer.
He has held senior leadership positions for large multinational corporations in a variety of areas, including technology, manufacturing, finance, and Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.
Before this, Kevin spent almost four years as the MD and APAC Regional CISO of JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he oversaw technological controls and cyber security for 14 Asian markets.
In this capacity, he oversaw and contributed to significant technology transformation projects, especially those that involved protecting China’s banking, trade, and payment systems.
As a security executive with extensive experience in the area, Kevin formerly held the position of CISO for the Greater China and APAC areas at GE Digital and Palo Alto Networks, respectively.
His prior positions at Quintiles, Levi Strauss & Co., Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and numerous other businesses have helped him hone his leadership abilities in the security industry.
