KRANTHI is the brainchild of a 26-year-old middle-class girl working as an HR who got an opportunity to make a difference and well she is well on the path. Being a totally non-tech person the challenge of venturing into a blockchain startup was more than just challenging. It’s just sheer passion to bring the women together and explore opportunities as a community is immensely powerful yet a very hard task which Nayana is holding on close to her heart. Coming from a small village in Calicut Kerala Nayana and KRANTHI is set out to prove to the world the strength and difference that women can bring forward. As Nayana quotes “the change to make a difference has to happen from within”.
