Lenovo appoints S K Venkataraghavan as Director of SSG

S. K. Venkataraghavan has been appointed as Director of Lenovo India’s Solutions and Services Group (SSG). Venkataraghavan, who is based in Bengaluru, will be in charge of growing Lenovo’s Solutions and Services division in India. He will do this by using AI to create new growth prospects and bolster clients’ competitive advantages.

In this crucial position, Venkataraghavan will continue to steer Lenovo towards its position as the top supplier of integrated business solutions, in line with the company’s worldwide strategy. With more than 20 years of practical expertise in cloud and infrastructure services, he is in a unique position to grow Lenovo’s entire SSG offering.

Shailendra Katyal, Managing Director, Lenovo India, said, “We are excited to have Venkataraghavan on board to lead Lenovo’s Solutions and Services Group in India. His deep expertise and proven leadership in cloud services, next-gen technologies, and managed services will play a crucial role in accelerating our service-led transformation. Before joining Lenovo, Venkataraghavan had leadership roles in the cloud and infrastructure services industries for 25 years, leading teams at Infosys, NIIT Tech, and Wipro in both the Indian and international markets. He has effectively won and carried out significant transformation programs to provide his clients with better results.

Venkataraghavan has an advanced diploma in marketing management and a master’s degree in science.
