To launch the Filecoin Virtual Machine (FVM) Genesis Accelerator, a program focused on the intersection of Web3 and AI, LongHash Ventures’ accelerator, LongHashX, has announced a partnership with Protocol Labs and Filecoin.
With registration now open and closing at the end of September, the accelerator is set to start in mid-October. Five teams will be selected by the programme, with each receiving $200,000 in investment in exchange for 4% equity.
Aiming to provide developers and founders with knowledge, networks, and funding to launch projects on FVM, the 12-week Filecoin Virtual Machine Genesis Accelerator includes two foundational projects. Participants in the accelerator program will receive support such as weekly one-on-one meetings with VCs and access to mentor networks from LongHashX and Protocol Labs.
A concurrent Builders Scholarship program, offering technical and developer support from Protocol Labs as well as workshops and guidance sessions with LongHashX Venture Builders, will select 20 to 25 projects.
