Rubi Khan has been appointed Head of Culture, Learning, Talent, and DEI by Luminous Power Technologies.
“I’m excited to start my new role as Head (General Manager) – Culture, Talent, Learning, and DEI at Luminous Power Technologies (Schneider Electric Group),” Khan shared in a LinkedIn post.
Khan served as the Head of OD, Talent, and Diversity at HPCL-Mittal Energy before joining Luminous Power Technologies.
She has held positions at Door Training & Consulting Ireland, Hero Mindmine, Gujarat University, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, REA India, Max Life Insurance Company, and Sardar Patel University in the past.
Khan received his doctorate (PhD) in service advertising from ITM University and his MBA from the University of Delhi’s Faculty of Management Studies.
