Madhusudan Kohli joins ACPL Systems as CIO and CBO

ACPL, with its sheer dominance over the past three decades, has a proven record of driving secure CX across verticals and geographies.

Madhusudan Kohli has joined ACPL Systems as Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) and Chief Business Officer (CBO).

He enjoyed successful tenures at Microsoft for 9 years and HP for 6 years, and he has an extensive 27-year background in senior IT and business roles. His most recent role was for over 9 years as VP & Head of User Experience, e-paper, and Group IT Engagement at Bennett Coleman & Co. Limited (Times Group).

Madhusudan, on joining ACPL, says, “In today’s VUCA world, business and IT leaders are challenged to strike a balance between digital transformation drives and IS controls. And, with peak demands in the tech world plateauing and the Industry 5.0 factor, the current wave of technological advancement is not only disruptive but evokes a quotient of awe. The elements of cyber and information security have become far more integral for each organization as threats have become omnipresent and the consequences of breaches are unpredictable, with hefty penalties involved.”

Vishal Bindra, CEO, ACPL Systems, says, “ACPL, with its sheer dominance over the past three decades, has a proven record of driving secure CX across verticals and geographies. His understanding of the IT needs of businesses and managing the verticals from a P&L perspective is a super combination. With his experience to sell to the board, we can immensely benefit from staking up our offerings to the company boards of the customers.” Growing business revenue, increasing profitability, and building ACPL as the most trusted partner across geographies are his outward focus roles.

“As ACPL leapfrogs into the next growth phase with a shift from a key SI player to scaling up as an MSSP, this is the best time to lead and expand the ACPL cyber security flag into new territories and the global market. I am excited to be part of this skilled and committed workforce to counter the cyber threats with our strong defender eco-system,” adds Madhusudan.
